Candidate Record in a secure database which is not connected to our
website. All subsequent correspondence is stored against your
Candidate Record, including vacancies in which you have shown an
interest. You can assist us in keeping your Candidate Record up to
date by emailing us at any time with any changes to your current
circumstances.
Information Protection
We are required by the Data Protection Act to follow strict
procedures to protect your personal information. As a registered
Data User we use your personal information to search your details
against all new vacancies and to contact you if suitable positions
arise.
Information Confidentiality
We only pass your personal information to clients with your
permission. We will not exceed any specific authority which you
give to us, in relation to your personal information.

can ensure that your current position is not compromised whilst we
assist you in locating subsequent career opportunities. Your
