Trainee Legal Administration Assistant - Brentwood -  £17,500

  • The job holder will report to the Deputy Legal Department manager
  • The job holder will be part of a team of 13
  • The job holder will be required to carry out the following tasks:

      Assisting the legal department to provide a first class service to our customers.

Ensuring both computerised and manual records are kept up to date

      Assisting with the handling of litigated motor claims in the small claims track/ and with specific tasks in relation to fast track claims.

      Sending faxes.

o       Finding urgently required files.

o       General office duties to include collation of statistics, preparation of spreadsheets, typing and filing, as and when required.

  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of claims procedures (could be trained)
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Common sense approach

Management Accountant  - ACCA / ACA / CIMA - Hainault - £30k - £39k

 

We seek an experienced accounts person for our management accountant vacancy.

You will be a qualified accountant with either ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification or similar experience. 

Your duties will include;
• Monitor reconciliation of MIPS/Ciel contra JDE.
• Prepare monthly report, budget and yearend accounts.
• Responsible for reconciliation of all the accounts 
• Responsible for highlighting new accounting regulation.
• Responsible for cashflow reporting and balance sheet

Work to a strict timetable to ensure Accounts are ready on time and correct. Able to prioritise and work as a team.

Accounts Clerk for a busy waste disposal company - Credit Control - Accounts payable, sales, purchase ledger and Nominal.

 

OFFICE JUNIOR - RAINHAM - £10k

Office Junior required for a busy office in Rainham - Essex. This role would suit a school leaver or someone looking to start a career within an office environment.

Your duties will include; Filing, Using the in house database, Claims, Assisting Customer Service and Operations Staff.

 

WEB DEVELOPER - LONDON - £30k

Our clients seeks a web developer  to maintain, develop and support in-house web based systems and applications under the direction of the Development manager.
Take responsibility for allocated clients IT solutions. Liaise with clients at all levels to provide support, therefore, good communication skills and confidence in a client facing scenario are mandatory. 
Some travel within the UK and Abroad may be required at certain times.

First Response call centre staff required for new Customer Service Team.

You must have previous inbound call centre experience. Specific experience within an insurance claims environment would be beneficial however not essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

 

Sales Administrator & PA Support - To £25k - Heathrow

To Provide sales administration and PA Support to the Regional Director - Sales and Account Management to assist in the effective management of the sales and account management team in the UK, Ireland &EU.

Manage the bid process to ensure that appropriate internal parties are aware and involved in major RFQ,s and responses are sent within the designated time frames.. Maintain RFQ diary to identify and record outcome and necessary follow-up.

Provide Monthly and year to date statistics.

Maintain a Progress log on the implementation of major new business to ensure that appropriate resources are allocated. Organize  National/UK IB Sales meetings. Support company training. Co-ordinate the schedules of overseas visitors. Provide PA Support.
